Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
Delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up
Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits
