Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
• Delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up
• Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits
• Ensuring the patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
• Encouraging and supporting their team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach a common goal.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
