About The Position
This full-time, in-person role is with a private optometry practice and involves helping patients choose, fit, and care for eyewear. You will provide optical guidance, explain eyewear and lens options, maintain patient records in Crystal PM, and contribute to a friendly patient experience while collaborating with an experienced team of doctors, technicians, opticians, and front desk professionals. The position offers a weekday schedule with no weekends and pays starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Previous eye care or eyewear sales experience is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and team-spirited.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and fitting, providing expert optical guidance.
- Educate patients about eyewear choices, lens technologies, and proper eyewear care.
- Maintain accurate records using Crystal PM EHR.
- Deliver a friendly, positive patient experience in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the practice team.
