Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in optical retail or healthcare setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Help patients select frames and ensure proper fitting.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with claims and billing procedures.
- Ensure exam rooms and instruments are clean and ready for use.
- Conduct basic eye tests before the optometrist sees the patient.
