Responsibilities
- Working directly with patients to determine their needs.
- Discuss with patients their best frame and lens options and answer questions.
- Knowledge of contact lenses to help patients place contact lens orders
- Ensure patients are happy with their experience.
- Prepare orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions and lens thickness.
