About The Position

This is a time-limited position that provides data entry and administrative support. The role involves compiling financial and business information, inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, and assisting with scheduling meetings and distributing information. The position also supports reporting by compiling and arranging information for documents.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of clerical or customer-service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to use programs/software such as Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new technology for data entry specifically Smartsheets.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Compile financial and business information and input data into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Check data from completed forms or other documents for completeness and enter into a database or spreadsheet.
  • Enter information into the database for Capacity funds.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and relaying information to units and stakeholders.
  • Load provided information into TEAMS shared spaces.
  • Distribute reports or other materials provided to units.
  • Take attendance at meetings and log unit completion of assignments and requests in a central spreadsheet.
  • Assist with compiling, arranging, and reporting information for reports and documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
