About The Position

The Research Assistant will support reproductive immunology studies through primary cell and organoid work, animal procedures, and translational assays. This is a time-limited position. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in immunology, reproductive biology, or a related life science field.

Nice To Haves

• A master’s degree in a relevant field is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments involving mouse and human systems, including primary cell and organoid cultures.
• Perform and assist with rodent surgeries and injections, and manage colonies.
• Perform and troubleshoot flow cytometry, PCR, Western blot, and electroporation protocols.
• Conduct animal research in accordance with approved Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocols.
• Contribute to data analysis and manuscript drafting.
