This role involves creating and submitting IRRs, managing building maintenance work orders, and utilizing My Florida MarketPlace (AOD) for purchase requisitions and invoices. The specialist will reconcile P-card purchases in Works, monitor and resolve issues with purchase orders, invoices, or P-card payments, and perform daily administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, organizing, and maintaining records. The position also requires preparing reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word & Excel, and assisting with property and records management as needed. This role demands strong, detailed-oriented skills and may involve other duties as assigned.
