Reviews and completes the Department of Juvenile Justice's Central Communications Center incidents within the Office of Prevention Services. This role is responsible for reviewing all CCC incidents assigned to Prevention and updating information from contract providers to determine if an administrative program review is required. The position involves reviewing provider deficiencies in PMM (Program Monitoring and Management) and making recommendations based on policies and procedures, as well as assisting in resolving these deficiencies. The role requires effective communication with external providers and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the Office of Inspector General. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator serves as the Office of Prevention Services liaison between the Department and providers, offering technical assistance, training, consultative services, and direction for program development, implementation, evaluation, and expansion in public agencies and local governments. Performs other related duties as assigned.
