The Department of Psychiatry, College of Medicine, is seeking a full-time OPS Assistant position to work with the University of Florida Behavioral Health Hubs (BHH). This position will support both the Program Coordinator and the BHH Care Coordinators to obtain, input, and report patient and provider data. The candidate will support the Hub Care Coordinator(s) by assisting with outreach to providers and/or patients/families to obtain necessary documentation such as screeners/rating scales, Mental Health background forms, etc. Daily task completion and data entry into the Hubs’ REDCap database is required. Report compilation, as requested, to meet all submission deadlines to DOH and the subcontracted Program Evaluator, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Perform outreach calls every three months to obtain designated rating scales and input scores into the database(s). Assist with follow-ups to patients and providers to obtain Satisfaction Surveys and log scores. Produce data relevant to Quality Improvement Projects, as requested. This position may be performed remotely and/or on campus.
