About The Position

This position assists with monitoring budgets for scholarship and grant programs, auditing files, and producing audit materials. The role also involves assisting with budget transfers, accounting code creation, research for special projects, and financial data entry, reporting, and analytics. Other duties may be assigned. This is not a position for current UNF students.

Requirements

• Cannot be a current UNF student for this position type.
• This position requires a background check.
• This position may also require a credit check.
• The holder of this position is designated as a “Responsible Employee” pursuant to their role under Title IX.
• The incumbent must promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse by or against any student, employee, contractor, or visitor to the University’s Title IX Administrator or any divisional Title IX Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring budgets for scholarship and grant programs.
• Assist with auditing files and producing audit materials as needed.
• Assist with budget transfers and accounting code creation.
• Assist with research for special projects.
• Assist with special projects, including financial data entry, reporting, and analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
