About The Position

The Operations/Outside Labor role is responsible for operating and monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations at Primient’s grain elevators. The role also participates in grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining high safety standards. It requires physical work in hot and cold temperatures, including climbing and working at heights exceeding 50 feet, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds. Extra hours may be required during harvest season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures.
