About The Position

The Operations/Outside Labor role is responsible for operating and monitoring grain receiving and shipping operations at Primient’s grain elevators. The role also supports grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and safe operations. It requires working in hot and cold temperatures and performing physically demanding tasks, including climbing and working at heights exceeding 50 feet, climbing ladders, and lifting and carrying up to 55 pounds. Extra hours may be required during harvest season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights exceeding 50 feet.
• Ability to lift and carry 55 pounds and perform other physical duties.

• Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred.
