The Operations/Outside Labor role is specifically responsible for operating and monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations at the company's grain elevators.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb and work at heights exceeding 50 feet, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties
  • Ability to work extra hours during harvest season

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical equipment operating experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operating/monitoring all grain receiving and shipping operations
  • Participating in grain quality control, general maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining the highest of safety standards
