About The Position

Spectrum Eye Physicians is seeking a full-time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our growing practice in the South Bay, primarily serving our Los Gatos and surrounding locations. Spectrum is a physician-owned, independent multispecialty ophthalmology practice that has served the greater Bay Area and Monterey Bay communities for more than 50 years. Our growing organization includes eight locations, 9 ophthalmologists, and 7 optometrists, with offices throughout the San Jose and Santa Cruz areas. We are seeking an ophthalmologist interested in building a long-term career with an established and busy practice. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmic care, including cataract evaluation and surgery and the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and a broad range of other ocular diseases and conditions. The position offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base while continuing to grow a successful medical and surgical practice within a collaborative multispecialty group.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Ophthalmologist.
Licensed to practice medicine in California.
Experience in comprehensive ophthalmology, including cataract surgery.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multispecialty group.
