Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong cataract surgical experience required; comprehensive ophthalmology focus preferred
- Patient-focused, collaborative, and quality-driven
Responsibilities
- Practice Excellence: Established comprehensive ophthalmology practice with consistent cataract and surgical volume
- Strong referral base across South and Central Orange County
- Balanced mix of cataract surgery, medical ophthalmology, and co-management
