About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is a physician-led partnership that supports a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to medicine. It provides physicians with resources and support systems so they can focus on practicing medicine, connecting with colleagues, and providing care to patients. The position is based in the Riverside area, which offers physicians opportunities to work in urban or rural settings, at the main medical center or a satellite office, and in locations ranging from the San Bernardino mountains to the desert. The area emphasizes collegiality, work-life balance, flexibility, and respect from patients. Leadership opportunities are presented regularly as the region grows.
