About The Position

Join a thriving ophthalmology practice as an ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery. The role focuses on restoring sight and improving quality of life for patients with cataracts through evaluation, diagnosis, pre-operative assessment, surgery, and post-operative care. The surgeon will use advanced techniques to remove cloudy lenses and implant artificial intraocular lenses, while performing precise, minimally invasive procedures and monitoring patient recovery and vision improvements. The position involves collaboration with a team of surgeons, an optometrist, technicians, scribes, and front-office staff. The practice treats a broad range of ophthalmic cases, including corneal disorders, diabetic eye disease, LASIK, and glaucoma. It offers high patient volume and referral streams, access to cutting-edge technology, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities
