About The Position

The ideal candidate is proficient in current cataract surgery techniques and technologies, particularly premium lens and technology options. The practice has provided ophthalmic care for more than 60 years and focuses on compassionate care, cutting-edge treatments, excellence, innovation, and patient satisfaction. The role is based in a state-of-the-art facility and offers a collaborative, supportive work environment. The advertised salary range is $350,000 to $450,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- 2–5 years of experience in cataract surgery.
- A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and accurately diagnose eye conditions.
