A Day in the Life (aka What You’ll Do) During triage, you will be the steady, compassionate presence to patients—assisting and guiding them through each step of their visit, listening to their concerns, and helping them feel at ease. As an Ophthalmic Technician, you are at the heart of patient care—gathering medical histories, performing vision testing and imaging, preparing exam rooms, documenting clinical notes, and supporting physicians during treatments and procedures. Every interaction is a chance to live our core values: Serving with Compassion, Striving for Excellence, and Practicing Humility. You will connect with patients and teammates through clear, caring communication, helping create a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish. Some days may include travel between clinics, early mornings, or later hours, with shared driving responsibilities—but you will always be supported by an incredible team. Responsibilities
