Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Assistant - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology or Upon hire: National Certified Ophthalmic Technician - Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year experience.
