Ophthalmic Assistant | Full-time | Friendship, WI
About The Position
We are hiring an Ophthalmic Assistant to support the department's eye care practices. This role is responsible for assisting with patient care functions, including pre-testing for appointments, performing various diagnostic tests, and supporting providers in delivering quality patient care. No prior optical experience required! Work 36 hours each week, Monday - Fridays, Days. No weekends or holidays. Location: Friendship, WI. Opportunities to assist at all Emplify optometry locations including Viroqua, La Crosse, Onalaska, Tomah, Waukon, Decorah, Prairie du Chien, Black River Falls, Whitehall, Winona, Wabasha, Sparta and Hillsboro. Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- At least 6 months customer service and/or public relations experience
Nice To Haves
- No prior optical experience required!
