Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn process control systems.
  • Ability to perform analytical testing and mathematical calculations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders and stairs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working with process control systems such as Honeywell.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and understand process flow within the assigned production area.
  • Troubleshoot, control, and optimize production processes using Honeywell computer systems.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, GMP requirements, and product safety standards.
  • Perform analytical testing and mathematical calculations to support operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Support continuous production activities while working rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency, quality, and safety performance goals.
