About The Position

Works under general supervision in connecting callers to the appropriate person / area. Coordinates patient telephone service. Performs various clerical duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and write well enough to type, edit and proof information on a computer
  • Computer skills to perform basic arithmetic for preparation of various reports
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Completion of a high school education or the equivalent
  • Complete knowledge of office procedures and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people is essential
  • At least six months of office experience
