About The Position

The Operator ensures the smooth operation of production equipment and product quality while contributing to workplace safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Production Team Leader.

Requirements

• Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
• Be comfortable with computerized technologies, including touchscreens.
• Make quick decisions, including under pressure.
• Provide practical, concrete solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Exhibit collaborative leadership.
• Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply and promote safety standards.
• Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers.
• Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments.
• Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams.
