About The Position

As an Operator, you’ll help make products behind Nestlé’s well-known brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure that the production line runs smoothly. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn are important. The position operates on the third shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. New employees complete a structured 4–5-day onboarding program during their first week, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Third-shift employees receive an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential. The stated pay is $21.00 per hour, and the role is bonus eligible. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
