This role involves operating equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supervision instructions. The operator will be responsible for completing required documentation accurately, ensuring correct raw materials and quantities are used, and adjusting equipment and process settings to meet production standards. The position also includes inspecting and maintaining equipment for safety and proper processing, monitoring product quality through inspections and analytical testing, and completing daily shift production logs. Coordination with lab technicians, reporting deviations, and communicating with other personnel are also key aspects of the role. Familiarity with operation software and experience with lab testers and plant equipment are necessary. This position requires the ability to work different shifts, including overtime, and adapt to potential shift reassignments.
