Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (for Operator)
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred (for Senior Material Handler)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs (for Senior Material Handler)

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients
  • Complete quality checks and record data
  • Keep your work area clean
  • Follow safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
  • Dispense raw materials according to specifications
  • Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately
  • Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies
  • Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision
  • Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments
  • Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts
  • Mentor peers and support a positive team environment
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
  • Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
