Operator & Senior Material Handler (Full-Time) - All Shifts Available

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (for Operator)
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred (for Senior Material Handler)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs (for Senior Material Handler)

- Comfortable using computers or tablets (for Operator)

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Dispense raw materials according to specifications
- Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately
- Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies
- Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision
- Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments
- Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts
- Mentor peers and support a positive team environment
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
- Perform other duties as assigned
