Roaster Cook will operate Roaster and DVU system to produce quality product according to customer requirements. The process entails the following, daily set up (Roaster, DVU), maintain 5s (clean and organize), changeovers (SSOP), Batch Making (mixing ingredients, per specifications), packing (labeling, form boxes, per specifications) HACCP forms, consumption of material and RAF reporting. Roaster Cook will communicate and document efficiency standards while reporting inefficiencies to supervisor.
