About The Position

Lilly is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to execute diverse tasks related to producing and releasing materials used in the manufacture of products for human consumption. The role requires compliance with applicable procedures and regulations and adherence to good manufacturing practices. The position supports work intended to bring medicines and solutions to patients responsibly and efficiently. The operation runs 24/7 and requires availability to support rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in science or engineering (chemical, mechanical, or electrical), another related technical field, or a technical degree in engineering, instrumentation, science, or applied mechanics.
• Ability to support rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment, including a Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
• Availability to become part of the ER Brigade.
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.

• Previous experience in manufacturing oral solid dosages.
