About The Position

JX Advanced Metals USA is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators to join its manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. The role operates manufacturing equipment, monitors product quality, and supports daily manufacturing activities safely and efficiently. Operators set up and operate equipment according to procedures, inspect products and materials, maintain production rates, document work, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. The position offers first- and second-shift opportunities. Overtime may be required based on manufacturing schedules and business needs. The work takes place in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, moderate noise, and varying temperatures. Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment screening consistent with company policy. The company conducts background checks and drug screenings for potential employees; positive drug-screen results may lead to withdrawal of the job offer.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
