Operator - Level 2 (1st Shift)
About The Position
This is an opportunity level position with great room for growth. The Operator - Level 2 will set up and run print or print finishing equipment. They will read Work Orders and perform work as assigned by the department supervisor. As necessary, they will unpack, catch, bag, shrink wrap, and sometimes run digital and mechanical production equipment to produce sub-assemblies or finished product. They will attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages, pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes, and log production in schedule boards. The operator will notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues and place finished goods on the designated pallet. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, quality, and a great attitude are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
- A desire to succeed.

- Ability to maintain good attendance.
- Computer literate.
- Good mechanical ability, including math and measurement skills.

- Experience with digital print, print finishing, or extrusion.
