About The Position
Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join their Anodic team as an Operator Level 1. This role involves preparing and processing aluminum extrusions according to documented customer specifications. Key responsibilities include assisting in monitoring tank liquid levels and carefully monitoring material placement before the anodizing process to prevent damage or waste. The operator is also expected to inspire efficiency, defuse conflict, and make sound decisions within the team.
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- Pass company background and drug screening

- High School Diploma/GED preferred
