The Operator Initiatives Coordinator plays a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives that impact Grocery Outlet operators and store teams. This role blends project coordination, communications, meeting and event management, operator advocacy, and change management to help drive operational alignment and successful execution across the business. The coordinator partners closely with operators, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives, support organizational planning, facilitate communication, and ensure operator needs are reflected in projects, processes, and technology enhancements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the drive to move work forward across a broad range of stakeholders and initiatives. This role reports to the Sr Manager, Operator Initiatives.
