About The Position
Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for an entry level Operator-In-Training (OIT) to work at our facility located in Hagerstown, MD. The OIT apprenticeship is a 3-year program that includes on the job training, an independent study program, and professional in-house mentoring and coaching. Successful graduates of the program will be offered Operator positions with MES.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Driver's license with less than 5 points
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Care about your future
- Mechanically inclined
- Good, basic math skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
