Operator III
About The Position
This role involves assisting in the setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications. The Operator III will support the acquisition of operation plans and carry out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing. Responsibilities also include performing cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance on machines, monitoring machine performance during operation, identifying and troubleshooting machine problems, and administering operational processes with accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
- Experience in machine setup, adjustment, and operation
- Ability to acquire and follow operation plans
- Experience in processing manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients
- Mechanical processing skills
- Proficiency in cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance of machinery
- Ability to monitor machine performance during operation
- Skills in identifying and troubleshooting machine problems
- Experience in administering operational processes
- Ability to maintain accurate records of machine performance
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications
- Supporting the acquisition of operation plans and carrying out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required
- Performing cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
- Supporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed
- Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
- Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
