About The Position

The Operator III - Brazing prepares and operates production machinery according to work order information and documented procedures. The role includes checking production status, monitoring machine and production processes, inspecting manufactured parts, and taking appropriate action when deviations or defects are identified. The operator also supports maintenance activities and follows safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Good visual acuity.
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without an employment visa or other sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
Check production status within and between production sequences and take action in case of deviations.
Perform operations while controlling machine and production processes, following documented procedures and processes.
Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow proper protocol.
Support maintenance with machine repair, downtime prevention, and inspections.
Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
