Requirements

  • Previous experience operating industrial machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems related to the equipment being operated.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational instructions.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Technical skills daily to operate and adjust complex machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Analytical skills are essential for diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Attention to detail is critical when performing inspections and documenting operational data to maintain compliance and quality standards.
