About The Position

As an OPERATOR II, the essential duties & responsibilities will include: Sustaining and maintaining the duties and tasks associated with the Production Worker Position. Support quality control responsibilities and must know how to perform all applicable analytical procedures. Following all safety and environmental rules and regulations applicable to the position. Conduct production changes. Adherence to and enforcing current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Sustain and evaluate bulk inventory and conveying system. A rotating shift position. Track various product flows and movement through the systems. Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas. Able to step up to Operator I position when needed to fulfill responsibility. Lead routine cleaning of Prep equipment and ensure equipment is serviced for production demand. Ensure baghouse inspections are completed. Ensure flaking mill/cracking mill adjustments are made accordingly. Ensure analytical results are conducted with corrective actions taken for deviations. Proper operation of all equipment that include inspections, monitoring, lubrication, and maintenance within Prep. Proper measurement of storage tanks. Safe shutdown/startup of grain dryer and conditioners. An employee in this position will be required to wear fall protection for certain job tasks, climb stairs, and lift heavy equipment (50-lbs). This position requires working all hours, all days, holidays, etc. and will be required to cover shift based on plant needs. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Requirements

  • Must be fully trained and mastered essential duties and responsibilities associated with the PRODUCTION WORKER position.
  • Must be in good standing in regards to Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
  • Must currently be in good standing with the Attendance.
  • Must wear fall protection for certain job tasks.
  • Must be able to climb stairs.
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment (50-lbs).
