About The Position

TTI Floor Care has openings in its Greer/Wellford, SC location for Operator II, 2nd Shift (Stand Up Forklift) that will support a large-scale distribution facility. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator II position and do not supersede the Operator requirements. All employees are required to work within all facets of the Operator Position and will not be limited by a specific department assignment. All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required.

Requirements

No final warnings
Less than 6 attendance points
Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
Must be in current role for 6+ months.
Must meet all job description requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate lifts equipment following Distribution Center Safety Guidelines
Follow all Inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Comply with all company policies.
Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks.
Use of simple math skills. Work from lists, orders, or instructions. Use a weight scale.
Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility.
Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value.
Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
Other duties as required.
