About The Position

The Operator II - TCC Assembly prepares and operates production machinery in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up machines according to work orders, monitoring production and machine processes, inspecting manufactured parts, and supporting maintenance activities. The operator must follow documented procedures, production requirements, and safety rules, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium-complexity machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
• Check production status within and between production sequences and take action in case of deviations.
• Perform operations while controlling machine and production processes, and follow documented procedures and processes.
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow proper protocol.
• Support maintenance in machine repair, downtime prevention, and inspection.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
