Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.

- Experience in a cGMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments.
- Participate in line opening and machine setup.
- Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.
- Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance.
- Continuously supervise products for defects.
- Suggest improvements to improve the production process.
- Assist in training and developing peers.
