About The Position

DESCRIPTION Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, M-F A Day in the Life: Operate Machinery: Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments. Setup and Maintenance: Participate in line opening and machine setup. Compliance: Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor. Quality Control: Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance. Continuously supervise products for defects. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to improve the production process. Training: Assist in training and developing peers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.

  • Experience in a cGMP environment.
