About The Position

The Operator I is responsible for manufacturing high-quality products according to production schedules, work orders, and established work instructions. This role supports daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities may include material picking, assembly, packaging, equipment operation, and participation in continuous improvement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment and are eager to develop foundational production and technical skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and operating procedures with close supervision.
  • Ability to learn and perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly processes accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
  • Ability to safely perform routine manual tasks and production-related activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production environment.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, production equipment, or assembly processes.
  • Experience working in a quality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules and department goals.
  • Assemble, package, and prepare products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Maintain product quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively, following all established procedures.
  • Follow company safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe equipment operation.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment in accordance with housekeeping standards.
  • Support cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as business needs require.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members when needed.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support operational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
