This role is responsible for operating compression presses in compliance with established safety requirements, Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and housekeeping requirements. The position involves the operation of packing cup cells, including performing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks such as oiling, greasing, entering, scraping, and cleaning of the spray booth. The operator will mix urethane spray according to SOIs, operate a tow motor to retrieve and install molds, and cure, buff, paint, post-cure, inspect, and package parts according to SOIs. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting processes on the curing and spraying stages, performing first and last piece inspections, and maintaining all necessary documentation for the cell, including TPM checklists, inspection documents, and daily chemical usage logs. The operator will also be responsible for bleeding lines, flushing with toluene, and performing preventive maintenance on spraying equipment, as well as monitoring inventory levels and completing requisitions for replenishment.
