The Operator I is responsible for executing production schedules at rated throughput to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate production, operating and maintaining machinery, handling ingredients, completing necessary paperwork, and adhering to all cleaning and food safety procedures. The Operator I will also participate in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions within the production area, while maintaining safe working conditions and complying with environmental health and safety policies.
