Requirements

Ability to kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
PFT & respirator fit test required
Working at heights / climbing ladders

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the sawdust dryer, APV evaporator, calciners, and other processing equipment.
Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
Adhere to all HACCP food safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company guidelines.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
Follow and complete the Master Sanitation Schedule in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of processing equipment.
Maintain current and accurate production logs and Master Sanitation Schedule documentation.
Ensure compliance with air permit requirements related to cyclone operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
