About The Position

Operator I operates and monitors automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors, to support smooth material flow and safe, high-quality production. The role involves inspecting products, troubleshooting equipment, making minor adjustments, rotating between lines and positions, maintaining an organized production workspace, and documenting inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare. The position follows required PPE and cGMP standards and supports Rockline’s RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position on the production floor at the Russellville, Arkansas plant. The work involves hands-on equipment monitoring and frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors.
• Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running.
• Rotate between lines and positions to support the team and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with 6S.
• Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare.
• Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards.
