Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in production support, operations support, manufacturing support, materials coordination, or a related field required.
  • Reads and interprets documents, product labels, and instructions accurately in English.
  • Documents production activities clearly to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Applies basic mathematical concepts to support production and operational tasks.
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency in manufacturing operations and equipment handling.
  • Collaborates effectively within team-based environments to support operational goals.
  • Organizes tasks and materials with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Applies sound judgment to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
  • Troubleshoots routine production issues using structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Applies workplace organization principles to maintain organized and efficient work environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities
