Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in production support, operations support, manufacturing support, materials coordination, or a related field required.
Reads and interprets documents, product labels, and instructions accurately in English.
Documents production activities clearly to ensure compliance and traceability.
Applies basic mathematical concepts to support production and operational tasks.
Demonstrates technical proficiency in manufacturing operations and equipment handling.
Collaborates effectively within team-based environments to support operational goals.
Organizes tasks and materials with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Applies sound judgment to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
Troubleshoots routine production issues using structured problem-solving approaches.
Applies workplace organization principles to maintain organized and efficient work environments.

Nice To Haves

Certification in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes preferred.
