This position is responsible for accurately weighing ingredients, preparing spray dry and dry blending equipment, maintaining production records, and managing inventory. The role operates under strict SOP and GMP regulations, ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment. The Operator also plays a role in maintaining SQF, ISO 9001:2015, and EFfCI requirements, and may serve as backup to the Powder Flavor Manager. Annual food safety training and competency testing are required. The role involves working within various safety and quality guidelines including GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, Halal, SQF, ISO 9001:2015, EFfCI, and Safety guidelines. Cross-functional departmental training may be required, and the position is responsible for peer review as an APS defined by FSMA.
